NOTICE: Layout changed on fancafe (new links to apply for Level 2)

The fancafe's layout has changed a bit, and we updated our tutorial on how to navigate on the fancafe here. Some people still asked us where they should apply for level 2: it depends on the day. So if we're Friday (KST), you have to apply in the Fri/Sat board.

 The applications that has been refused (need changes in the application) are transferred in the 등업리턴 tab.

    Can i know,is it have to make payment become official fans then just can apply level 2?
