With their impending comeback just around the corner, B.A.P participated in several interviews about their music as well as their success to date. One question that especially piqued interest was the one regarding the group's rivalry with EXO, who has also been growling their way into fans' hearts with their own comeback.
On the question of whether they see EXO as rivals, Daehyun and Himchan shared, "Although we debuted in the same year, we consider them as colleagues more than competitors. It feels good to see them doing well and we think it is something to congratulate them for. More so than seeing it as rivalry, we see it as having a well-intentioned competition. Through the competition, we hope that we both can rise up step-by-step. Not just EXO, but there are also many other groups that debuted in the same year, and we think there is a lot to learn from all those groups. As we learn from our colleagues of the same year, we also feel a sense of responsibility to do as much as them."
Youngjae and Jongup also delivered a message for fans about their upcoming return as they said, "This was the longest we've been away since our debut. We wanted to make good quality music as much as we've been away, and we have input things we have learned during the hiatus. It'd be nice if you could really anticipate this album. We think that if we take things step by step, we can do the many things we dream of. We hope many of you will anticipate our music and give us attention through 'BADMAN'."
It doesn't seem like these boys have anything to worry about as BABYs are already buzzing high with anticipation for the group's comeback after the video teaser that was just released, promising an epic MV coming up on August 6!

That's our boys! Being humble in real life! And although I don't see Exo as a threat to B.A.P though. Why? Because their songs in genre if to compare are a bit different than our B.A.P boys. I like Exo too but B.A.P is still no.1 to me,close to my heart. B.A.P is so unique and very different with each of their songs. Dae Hyun voice is like a rare gem.(but don't overdo it please,ok,Hyunnie~dongsaeng!X3) While others,also sounds differently but nice. Exo is more like softies to me while B.A.P is kinda hype towards their own songs/music mostly,in my honest opinion. So,yeah.. oh,and P.S. Yongguk's voice reminds me of one of my favorite black-american rapper named Ja Rule!^ ^ 2nd p.s. That's when i reminded myself after listening to the I Remember song & Going Crazy where he's featuring in! wow~i went speechless! Both songs are so sad but still so beautiful if you listen to them~ Kudos to him! I hope if one day later,in the future if B.A.P want to make more songs of any genres,be it anything,like rap-rock,club song,etc. or whatever,makesure it turn out to be good,fine,easy-listening and cool plus refreshing for everyone to listen to. and if they add any english grammar to their lyrics in it,makesure the grammar is correct and it sounds right when they get to pronounce it/them!X) Once again,B.A.P~Hwaiting and be the jjang(best),as always!
