K팝 열풍의 선두주자로 활발한 활동을 펼치고 있는 B.A.P가 2013 창조브랜드대상에서 문화콘텐츠산업분야 수상자로 선정됐다.

B.A.P는 31일 그랜드 하얏트호텔에서 개최되는 2013창조브랜드대상에서 문화콘텐츠산업 분야의 수상자로 선정되면서 시상식에 참석해 '엔터테인먼트상'을 수상할 예정이다.

'2013 창조브랜드대상'은 Korea CEO Summit이 주최하고 미래창조과학부가 후원하는 시상식으로 도시 및 디자인산업, 문화산업, 융합산업, 건강산업 등 4개 분야에 걸쳐 글로벌 시장에서 충분한 경쟁력을 갖춘 창조적인 브랜드를 선정한 것으로 알려졌다. 이 중 문화콘텐츠 산업 분야 수상에는 B.A.P를 비롯, 뽀로로 제작사 시티코어 등 총 4개의 브랜드가 포함됐다.

B.A.P를 문화 콘텐츠 분야 수상팀으로 선정한 Korea CEO Summit 측은 "세계 각 차트에서 1위를차지한 것은 물론 국내외 신인상 14개 획득 및 퍼시픽 투어를 통한 K팝 열풍에 힘을 보태고 있는 글로벌경쟁력을 인정받았다"고 수상자 선정의 배경을 설명했다.

B.A.P Won in The Cultural Content Awards Section at 2013 Creative Brands Awards

Actively working as hot front-runners of Kpop, B.A.P has been selected as winners in the Cultural Contents Awards section at the 2013 Creative Brands Awards.

On the 31^st, B.A.P will attend the 2013 Creative Brand Awards held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel as they were selected as winners in the Cultural Contents Awards section, and they will win the Entertainment Award.

The 2013 Creative Brand Awards ceremony is organized by the Korea CEO Summit and sponsored by the Ministry of Science, ICT & Future Planning is being known to have a city as well as design industries, cultural industries, convergence industries, health industries, etc., across four areas showing to be competitive enough in the global market for a creative selection of brands. Of these categories, in the Cultural Contents industry section, including B.A.P, the publisher of Pororo, City Core and four other brands won.

Korea CEO Summit explained that the reason behind selecting BAP as a winning team in the Cultural Contents Awards section is because “they won 1^st place on charts worldwide, received 14 Rookie of the Year Awards in not only just Korea, and are now recognized as global competitors with the power of Kpop craze through their Pacific Tour.”
