• -kun is used with a male the same age or younger than you
• -niisan is similar to hyung or 'older brother'

Is it Alright for a Rookie group to be this perfect?

They will soon make their Japan debut. 6 member male group B.A.P had a press conference at the Yokohama Pacifico on May 25th, announcing their Japanese debut and solo tour here! Looking at them, you wouldn't believe it was their first time (having a press con in Japan). They're 200% great up and commers! We can't take our eyes off these artists!

What's B.A.P?

It stands for Best, Absolute, Perfect. Debuting in Korea in January of 2012, they became popular with their strong and masculine hiphop base, and high quality performances. They won 14 rookie awards!! At the moment, they're a hot act to watch on a global scale.

The 6 member group consists of 23 year old Yongguk and Himchan, 19 year old Daehyun an Youngjae, 18 year old Jongup and 16 year old Zelo. Just looking at their ages they give off an image of fresh innocence, but on stage they show their wild sides, expressing their power! In that sense, B.A.P is a group who despite their youth have excellent performance skills, and are talented with real intention.

Main vocalists Daehyun and Youngjae are unbeatable. Rap of Yongguk and Zelo. Dynamic dance of Jongup and Himchan. Putting their talents together, B.A.P has started a chemical reaction. Here we look at their blood types and what element suits them, seeing how they differ and the looking at their personalities is interesting!

"The Sun"

During live performances, his charisma is at it's max! He emanates a feeling of light from his whole being, he is "the sun" in the middle of summer. With his low rap and powerful dancing, and he also DJs, Yongguk has many talents, and is the leader who handles many things within B.A.P. When he stands on stage, his manliness increases dozens of times! But during MC breaks, he is unexpectedly playful with the other, younger members. That's another side to him.

B.A.P's Special Captain?! The Mascot you have to love!

"The Sky"

Often smiling, often moving, often talking!  Different than Daehyun's smiles, Youngjae expresses joy with his whole being when he laughs. He is B.A.P's mood maker, easily taking on the role of a brother, he is the group's mascot! With a rising, expanding voice, refreshing smiling face, he is the "sky." During live events, he is the MC along with Himchan, and in fluent Japanese can converse well with the older members. Without losing his nerve, Youngjae has the power to pull us in, another part of his allure.    

[Green box] Youngjae said: "Zelo-kun is tall, has a handsome face, is good at dancing, he is really perfect. I7m jealous! (laughs)"

A Splendid Aura, B.A.P's Youngest and Still innocent member!

"The Moon"

If Youngguk is the blazing "Sun" of the group, Zelo is the "moon." Like the 3rd phase of the moon, a delicate, almost androgynous beauty radiates from him. Slim and tall, with translucent white skin…the counterpart to Youngguk, Zelo's high tone, super fast rap, and fluid body movements, that's Zelo. Furthermore, he performs the "Gwiyomi" pose, but is also very calm as B.A.P's youngest member. During the entire press conference, he was upright, but also laughed and gave off an aura or class. He made our hearts pound! Although he seemed very collected, his soft aura made him seem incredible!?

With the mask of a sweet small animal, he has the image of a weak herbivore. However, once the performance progresses, he becomes totally manly! As an MC he pulls in the audience, getting everyone fired up, from beginning to end he is a predator. When Himchan wears black, his attack power doubles! While dripping sweat, he performs fiercely as if caught up in a storm.

B.A.P's Passionate Single-Minded Guy! 

"Earth"

Normally he is the most quiet of the members, but what happens to that onstage?! Immediately as he starts to dance, the introvert completely disappears, moving beautifully in that way. Compared to that focused face and the sharp eyes (during the performance), he fidgeted and seemed the most nervous during their (Japan LOE) Press Conference. However, as time went on he showed us his soft, warm face. Even though his words were few, when he speaks he gives off an aura of friendliness. He is very neutral, and so is the "earth" element (in the group). 

[Green box] Jongup said: "Himchan-niisan is really handsome. He is always looking after us and having fun, so he seems like a good older brother, when we are together it is REALLY fun!"

Superb Balance, B.A.P's Gentleman!

"Wood"

Although not quite as soft as Zelo, Daehyun also seems to compose himself well, giving off a gentlemanly aura. His rising high notes and falsetto singing has come down from heaven! A contagious kindness, and a voice that warms you. A fresh and brisk smile, showing his white teeth is also nice, he really is a gentleman! Daehyun's voice and smile…He also has a healing effect (on us).  

[Green box] Daehyun said: "Jongup's dance is amazing! He is usually really calm, but when he dances he suddenly becomes very manly."
