In their 2013 Entertainment Guide, volume 12 of Japanese magazine Star1 gives information on local eateries to visit if you'll be going to TS Entertainment to see B.A.P and Secret.
The label that Secret and B.A.P are currently signed with, (TS Entertainment) established TS Japan in Tokyo in 2011, a serious step in their overseas expansion and a leap forward as a global company.
Some places you can visit if you'll be around the TS building to see B.A.P are Sunrich (a "100% homemade" cheese cafe where many famous celebrities have visited), 5Mile (A relaxing restaurant that serves Italian-infused food), and Coffee Chu (A churros specialty shop inspired by amusement parks), among others.
